Pride of the Lebanese gastronomy and symbol of conviviality, our traditional and reinvented mezzes will surely provide unadulterated pleasure for all gourmets: fattoush salad, grilled halloumi cheese & za’atar salad, hummus, muhammara, kibbeh croquettes, bizri fish & tahini dip, arayes kefta, cheese rikakakat, … and the list goes on! Mezzes are best enjoyed whilst sipping on a glass of arak or wine from the Bekaa Valley.
The many appetizers are then followed by a variety of grilled meats (shish-taouk & garlic dip, kefta, filet mignon kebabs, mint-za’atar lamb chops), our Lebanese specialties, like our famous braised lamb fatteh, or a fresh whole fish from our fish market, grilled to perfection, then doused with tarator (lemon-tahini sauce).
The meal is then brought to a wonderful close with our variety of sweet homemade desserts, like our apple knaffeh or our pistachio and coconut baklavas, accompanied by a comforting mint tea or a Lebanese coffee.
